As is the case with “asbestos” investigations there is no “average” investigation, each situation is unique. Therefore our base price allows for sufficient time on site to conduct a full “lead” inspection and acquire the necessary samples for laboratory analysis for a typical home within our service area . The base price for a “lead” survey includes the laboratory analysis and full report of our findings.
