NOW Environmental Services holds its Asbestos Worker Refresher twice a month!
Don’t let your Asbestos Worker certification expire! This one-day refresher course provides information regarding changes in state and federal regulations and reviews key aspects of original training such as: work practices, potential health effects of asbestos exposure, personal protective equipment and safety hazards. This course meets the requirements of EPA TSCA Title II, 29 CFR 1926.1101 and WAC 296-65 for asbestos abatement workers.
Stay up to date on asbestos safety with NOW Environmental’s 8-hour Asbestos Worker Refresher course. Designed for professionals involved in asbestos abatement, this online course reviews critical safety practices, regulatory updates, and worksite procedures to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. This training fulfills the annual refresher requirement set by OSHA, EPA, and state regulations, ensuring you maintain your certification and stay informed about the latest industry standards.
Participants will engage in interactive learning modules covering asbestos handling, exposure prevention, and updates on asbestos-related laws. Flexible online scheduling allows workers to complete this essential training from the convenience of their own location.
Prerequisite: A current and valid Asbestos Worker certification.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling / Missed Class
If you need to Reschedule or miss your class date, email us at jswitras@nowenvironmental.com, and we can reschedule you; your prepaid fees will carry over for 90 days. Please include which class date you would like to be rescheduled to. It is your responsibility to contact us for a reschedule; Now Environmental Services will not contact you after a missed class date.
* If you do not reschedule your class within that 90 days, all prepaid fees shall be forfeited.
SCHEDULING MISTAKE
If you signed up for the wrong class accidentally, we can assist you in making that correction before your intended class date. Just email us at jswitras@nowenvironmental.com; please include your order # and the class information to which you want to be switched. You will be expected to pay any increase to the amount of the class before the class’s start date. If the amount of the new class is less than the class you registered for, a refund of the difference will be deposited back to your payment method. Refunds can only be administered prior to the original registered class’s start date. Credit will be given towards another class if the mistake is identified during the course or after. The class credit will only be valid for 90 days.
